UPDATE

This event has been canceled.
Due to institutional changes, we will not be hosting this event at the Hamburger Stiftungstage. We would like to thank all those who had planned to visit us for their interest in THE NEW INSTITUTE and apologize for any inconvenience.

About

Read about the Hamburger Stiftungstage in German.

As part of the Hamburger Stiftungstage 2024, we invite you to get to know THE NEW INSTITUTE and its work.

With more than 1,500 foundations, Hamburg is the city with the most foundations in Germany. With 80 foundations per 100,000 inhabitants, Hamburg continues to rank first among the federal states in terms of foundation density. This means that Hamburg is and will remain an important driving force and hub for the nationwide foundation landscape. The Hamburg Foundation Days will take place from September 6 to 14 – and THE NEW INSTITUTE will be there.

Program

12:00 pm: Welcome and introduction by Anna Katsman & Britta Padberg, Directors of THE NEW INSTITUTE
12:30 p.m: Guided tour of the Institute's premises followed by a discussion with Institute staff
