Diana’s academic background is in Art History, with a particular focus on contemporary art (although she also has a deep love of early Netherlandish and late medieval Italian painting, as well as medieval illuminated manuscripts). Her career has spanned the art and publishing worlds, and she has worked with artists and academics in museums, universities, and publishing houses in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany.

At THE NEW INSTITUTE, Diana is part of the Media & Communication team, where she oversees the institute’s publication projects.
