Luzia has been involved in several exhibitions and artistic residency programs. In 2021, she co-curated the Easterfield Festival at Kunstverein Hamburg. Since 2019 she is co-founder and co-director of EGEU, a cultural association based in Lisbon.
Her artistic research focuses on necropower structures and the fragility of the social mechanisms that regulate technological development. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Fine Arts at the HFBK Hamburg and holds a scholarship from the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.
At THE NEW INSTITUTE, Luzia provides technical assistance during events, while also contributing to the Media & Communications team and the Hospitality team.
