Max studied communication, cultural and political sciences along with management in Friedrichshafen, Hamburg, Herzliya and Copenhagen and has experience in designing and advising organizations, initiatives and projects that focus on the common good. From 2016 to 2019, he was a project manager at Global Perspectives Initiative addressing global development issues. Subsequently, he worked for two years as a consultant for the public and NGO sector at Nordlicht Management Consultants. As head of the executive board’s office at THE NEW INSTITUTE, he facilitates, manages and coordinates projects, topics and processes, and pushes ideas forward.
